Back pain

Back pain is very common and often comes and goes with little warning.It stops us doing t things we love to do and bit by bit makes our world smaller.... " Oh I can't do that any more" and " not with my back!". What you may not know is that much of the back pain we have is self inflicted and so can be undone with hard work and relearning how to use the spine properly. That's where we come in... We evaluate your back and see where it is lacking .... in strength, in range of movement and in the way we use it. We then train you to rehabilitate your back and maintain its fitness and then you can return to those things you love to do. There are no ' quick fixes'.
