Exercise Advice

Too Painful or too weak to do your usual activities? This can be frustrating, so how can we help?

From assessing your problem, treating it and working to prevent it from occurring again; We will help you every step of the way until you reach your goal. We can study your technique in your sport... for example... running, tennis, golf, swimming and from there we can suggest why a problem persists and work to make the changes needed. One example is 'tennis elbow' which was once thought to be caused by the wrong size racket handle but now is prevented merely by correct backhand technique and strengthening the forearm muscles.
