===Too Painful or too weak=== to do your usual activities? This can be frustrating, so how can we help?
We have many years of experience in sports injuries and in training and will be able to help with problems in exercise and training. Sports injuries are either related to trauma ( falls, joint injuries like ankle sprains) or training errors such as doing too much too soon or with poor technique in your sport ( tennis or golf swing, running with poor support for people with foot problems etc) Both of these type of problem respond well to Physio.
We will have you back to your sport or exercise program as soon as possible. And we'll send you home with a maintenance program to prevent recurrence of your problem.
