We have many years of experience in sports injuries and in training and will be able to help with problems in exercise and training. Sports injuries are either related to trauma ( falls, joint injuries like ankle sprains) or training errors such as doing too much too soon or with poor technique in your sport ( tennis or golf swing, running with poor support for people with foot problems etc)

We can study your technique in your sport... for example... running, tennis, golf, swimming and from there we can suggest why a problem persists and work to make the changes needed. One example is 'tennis elbow' which was once thought to be caused by the wrong size racket handle but now is  prevented merely by correct backhand technique and strengthening the forearm muscles.  
  
We will have you back to your sport or exercise program as soon as possible. And we'll send you home with a maintenance program to prevent recurrence of your problem.

We can study your technique in your sport... for example... running, tennis, golf, swimming and from there we can suggest why a problem persists and work to make the changes needed.
