Who we are
BACK IN ACTION with Eccles Physiotherapy and Pilatesoffers physiotherapy and pilates support in Newry and surrounding areas.
What we do
At our Clinic, we are not fans of passive treatment, each client is evaluated and educated about their condition and how they can best get Back in Action.
We teach private Pilates/Posture re-education as well as duo and group classes. Both children and adults with postural problems leading to pain respond well to Pilates incorporated into the Physio treatment.
Undoubtedly, being taught Pilates by an experienced Physiotherapist brings it to a new level. Having a sound understanding of various medical conditions and their effect on the body, you can be assured that you are in safe hands. Problems with pain, weakness, stiffness and general poor posture can be addressed specifically for each client , so that a personal and safe prescription of appropriate exercise is given. These exercises will be adapted with progress.
We offer treatment for most Orthopaedic or Arthritis related problems, general Neurological conditions and Steve has a particular interest in providing therapy for pain and dysfunctions related to the spine . Routine rehabilitation following falls, fractures , sprains and joint replacements. Balance re education is paramount to successful rehabilitation.

Based on the Old Warrenpoint Road, Newry, with private free parking, we are practically on your doorstep. Offering flexibility with appointment times and duration of each visit is always at my discretion as each patient's needs demand.
Also happy to visit patients in their own homes / nursing homes/ community if needed and also on location for your sport / recreation/ Place of business.
