Sports injuries


Too Painful, stiff or weak to play your sport?

This can be frustrating, so how can we help?

From assessing your problem, treating it and working to prevent it from occurring again; We will help you every step of the way until you reach your goal. We can study your technique in your sport... for example... running, tennis, golf, swimming and from there we can suggest why a problem persists and work to make the changes needed.
