An initial appointment might take '''30-45 minutes''', depending on the problem facing you, and costs just '''£35'''. Once we have arranged a time and a platform, we'll call you and go through your problem in detail. Then, we might give you some diagnostic exercises, and then work out a plan for treating the problem. This might be as simple as resting a certain muscle, or take the form of a series of exercises to mobilise the joint. Either way, we'll make sure you understand what you need to do.

Depending on the problem, we will usually recommend a follow up call a few days or weeks later to check on your progress. Obviously, we are always available if you have questions about your exercises.

Virtual consultations

UPDATE November 2020 .. The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy are allowing its members to treat patients in person if medically necessary with appropriate Covid-19 precautions. In these strange times, close contact can be unnerving for some, making it worrying to visit a physiotherapist face to face. Happily, we can offer virtual appointments available on Zoom, Facetime, Skype or WhatsApp to suit you.

If you don't have access to those options, we can also do our best to assist with a telephone consultation. Alternatively we continue to provide professional home visits with appropriate screening and precautions.

What is available?

Apart from our normal Physiotherapy services we can offer.....

  • Pilates - with many classes closed or restricted, you may want a refresher of the positions and exercises to make sure you're working your body correctly
  • Posture Assessment - For those working from home, it is important to make sure your sitting position is correct, and that you take the right sort of breaks to avoid damaging your back
